We’re excited to welcome you to SeaMist RV Park! Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, an extended vacation, or a relaxing stay along North Carolina’s beautiful waterfront, we want your visit to be enjoyable from the moment you arrive.

Reservations

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak season. Reservations must be paid in full seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Are there minimum stay requirements?

A two-night minimum stay is required during:
Memorial Day Weekend
Independence Day (July 4th) Weekend
Labor Day Weekend
Holiday rates may apply.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 1:00 PM.
If you’ll be arriving after office hours, please contact us in advance so we can assist with your arrival.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 AM.

RV Sites

What types of RV sites do you offer?

SeaMist offers spacious 30-amp and 50-amp RV sites designed to accommodate everything from travel trailers to large Class A motorhomes.
We offer both pull-through and back-in sites, with many of our sites featuring convenient pull-through access.

Are water, sewer, and electric included?

Yes. For short-term stays, water, sewer, and electric are all included with your reservation.

Can I request a waterfront site?

Absolutely! We’ll gladly do our best to accommodate your site preference based on availability. We recommend reserving early if you’re interested in one of our waterfront sites.

Pets & Visitors

Are pets welcome?

Absolutely! SeaMist is a pet-friendly campground. We simply ask that pets remain leashed, under control at all times, and that owners clean up after them.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes! Visitors are welcome.
Each campsite may host up to four (4) visitors at one time. All visitors must register with the office upon arrival and obtain a visitor parking pass.
Visitor Parking Pass: $12 per vehicle, per night for overnight visitors.

How many vehicles are allowed per campsite?

Each campsite includes parking for one (1) vehicle.
A second vehicle may be permitted on sites where space allows. Additional vehicles must use designated overflow parking.

Amenities

Is the pool open year-round?

Our resort-style outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 31, weather permitting.
Please note that the pool is not heated.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground as a convenience for our guests. Because internet service depends on a variety of factors beyond our control, availability, speed, and reliability cannot be guaranteed.

Can I bring my golf cart?

Absolutely!
Personally owned golf carts are welcome at SeaMist.
A $12 golf cart registration fee covers your golf cart for the entire length of your stay.

Waterfront Activities

Do you have a private beach?

Yes!
SeaMist features a private sandy beach along the Intracoastal Waterway where guests can relax, enjoy the waterfront, launch a kayak or paddleboard, fish, or simply enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery.

Can I swim in the Intracoastal Waterway?

Yes.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the water from our private beach area. Swimming is always at your own risk.

Can I kayak or paddleboard from the property?

Absolutely!
Our private beach and waterfront location make it easy to launch kayaks and paddleboards directly from the property.

Do you have a fishing pier?

Yes!
SeaMist features a private fishing pier for the enjoyment of our guests and residents.

Do I need a fishing license?

A valid North Carolina fishing license may be required.
Guests are responsible for obtaining any required licenses.

Can I bring my boat?

Absolutely!
Guests are welcome to bring their boats.

Where can I store my boat?

Boat trailers and watercraft may not be stored at individual campsites.
Designated boat and trailer storage is available for $24 per night, subject to availability.

Do you have a boat ramp?

SeaMist does not currently have an on-site boat ramp. A convenient public boat ramp is located just minutes away.

Community

Do you host community events and activities?

Yes!
Throughout the year, SeaMist offers seasonal activities and community events for both guests and residents.
Be sure to check our Community Calendar during your stay.

Local Area

What beaches are nearby?

SeaMist is conveniently located just minutes from Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Holden Beach.
You’ll also enjoy convenient access to waterfront restaurants, shopping, golf courses, fishing, boating, and many of coastal North Carolina’s most popular attractions.

Campground Policies

Can I have a campfire?

Small raised Chimenea-style fire features are permitted.
Traditional fire pits are not allowed.

What are Quiet Hours?

Quiet Hours are observed daily from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM to help ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone.

Additional Information

Can I receive Amazon or package deliveries during my stay?

Yes.
Guests may receive packages during their stay. Please contact the office for current delivery instructions.

Do you offer monthly RV sites?

Yes!
SeaMist also offers monthly and long-term resident options.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Yes. Seamist offers special discounts for eligible members of select organizations, as well as military personnel and first responders. These may include USAA, Good Sam, Costco, and AAA members. Please contact our office and ask about any available discounts when making your reservation. Proof of eligibility or membership may be required.
